You will engage in detailed analysis to identify root causes and implement effective solutions, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Solid knowledge of database management and operating system fundamentals related to SAP systems.
- Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
