Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system uptime.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system enhancements. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of Spring Boot applications with databases and external services.
- Competence in scripting and automation to support operational efficiency.
