nAssociate has extensive knowledge (L3 or above) in using Application Repackaging tools like Admin Studio, Wise Script and Install Script.

n2

nShould know how to capture the installation procedure by using repackaging tools, and create a MSI for the installation to complete without any issues.

n3

nShould also know how to create a MST for an MSI to install the applications with needed configuration as required for the user.

nShould have performed opening up an MSI and making custom action/configuration updates for installation to complete as needed by the user.

nShould have repackaged complex applications by breaking the installation into multiple components but getting the install completed successfully to be one application to user.

nShould have well versed knowledge (L2 or above) in using Deployment tools like SCCM, Radia, etc., Creation of Applications in the deployment tools and getting them installed successfully to necessary machines is required.

nShould carry excellent communications to connect with requestors, understand their need, prepare the install instructions appropriately to support the business.

nShould have excellent email communication as well to keep in connect with users and vendors as needed.

nAssociate should also be able to perform triaging on application be it with Vendor or user issue and create a right silent installer for applications without any issues.

nShould have handled more than 1000+ application troubleshooting, who can work with user closely, be it application owner or user, to identify their issue and resolve it without any issues.

nAssociate has extensive knowledge (L3 or above) in using Application Repackaging tools like Admin Studio, Wise Script and Install Script.
