- Access Management (IDAM/IAM) Integration Engineer Server &
- Application Integration

- Responsible for server and application integration with the existing OpenText Identity &
- Access Management (IDAM/IAM) platform.

- Integrate enterprise applications with OpenText Identity Manager for user provisioning, de-provisioning, identity synchronization and lifecycle management.

- Analyze application integration requirements and identify the appropriate integration mechanism, connector, driver, API or authentication protocol.

- Integrate application servers, databases, directories and enterprise applications with OpenText Identity Manager.

- Configure and troubleshoot IDM drivers, connectors, policies, workflows, mappings and provisioning processes required for application integration.

- Integrate applications with OpenText Access Manager for authentication, authorization and Single Sign-On (SSO).

- Configure and support application integration with OpenText Advanced Authentication for MFA requirements.

- Support integration of applications and servers with OpenText PAM for privileged access requirements.

- Support integration with Active Directory, LDAP and other directory services.

- Work with application teams to collect required integration parameters, including application architecture, authentication mechanism, user attributes, roles, access requirements and interfaces.

- Configure and troubleshoot SAML, LDAP, authentication and other applicable integration mechanisms based on application requirements.

- Perform application onboarding into the IAM/IDAM platform, including user creation, modification, disabling/de-provisioning and access/role mapping.

- Perform integration testing,



functional testing and troubleshooting after application/server onboarding.

- Coordinate with application owners, server teams, database teams, network teams and security teams for successful integration.

- Analyze integration failures through application, IDM, Access Manager, authentication and server logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

- Support certificate, SSL/TLS and authentication-related configuration required for secure application integration.

- Prepare and maintain application integration documents, configuration details, test cases, SOPs and implementation documents.

- Support production implementation and provide post-integration support as per defined SLA.

- Coordinate with OEM/OpenText support wherever product-level issues are identified.

- Ensure all application and server integrations are implemented in accordance with the approved architecture, security requirements and project standards.
