- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

- Study specifications, drawings, application requirements, and technical documents.

- Select appropriate products, components, equipment, and systems based on application requirements.

- Prepare technical quotations, proposals, datasheets, and other engineering documents.

- Provide technical support to the Sales and Marketing team.

- Coordinate with customers to clarify technical requirements and resolve application-related issues.

- Prepare technical calculations, sizing, and selection documents where required.

- Review customer drawings and specifications and provide technical feedback.

- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Service departments.

- Support installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities.

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.

- Visit customer sites when required to understand applications and provide technical support.





- Maintain records of customer requirements, technical discussions, proposals, and project details.

- Follow up on technical enquiries and ensure timely submission of solutions and proposals.

- Ensure solutions comply with company standards, applicable specifications, and safety requirements.

- Provide after-sales technical support and resolve customer application issues.

- Keep updated with new products, technologies, and industry developments.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
