- Experience: 7+ Years
- Qualification: B.E / Diploma

Mandatory Skills:
- ANSYS.
- ANSYS APDL (Please mention total years of hands-on experience in APDL while sharing profiles).

Essential Job Functions:

- FE Mesh Model preparation in ANSYS Workbench, HyperMesh, and ANSA.
- Perform structural calculations for handling, storage, transport, and operational load cases for wind turbine blades using ANSYS APDL and ANSYS Workbench.
- Perform contact modelling, static linear analysis, modal analysis, and harmonic analysis.
- Perform steady-state and transient thermal analysis.




- Perform component structural and reliability assessments of major wind turbine components to confirm structural integrity.
- Perform analytical calculations of bolted and welded constructions.
- Understand MATLAB and Python scripts and modify them based on project requirements.
- Prepare detailed analysis reports and certification reports.
- Ensure timely and high-quality deliveries to development projects.
- Provide design solutions for mechanical components through Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerodynamics, Civil Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Well versed with the fundamentals of wind turbine performance and relevant climatic parameters.
- Experience in Wind Turbine Blades or Composite Materials is preferred.
- Proficiency in FE tools such as ANSYS APDL and ANSYS Workbench is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MATLAB and Python scripting is an added advantage.
- Strong expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and mechanical component design validation.
- Exposure to international standards related to safety and mechanical design.
- Experience with structural, thermal, modal, and harmonic analysis techniques.
- Experience in mesh generation, model preparation, validation, and report generation.
