Responsibilities:

We're in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join us as an Associate/Senior Associate in our Placement Operations team. Your primary role will be to orchestrate the Hero Vired Learners' Placement Journey, ensuring their success in every step. Your mission is to actively engage learners in career-building activities and facilitate their smooth transition into the professional world.

Your Tasks:

- Seamlessly map each learner's journey, from start to finish, guaranteeing their preparedness at every stage.
- Oversee learners' progress both quantitatively and qualitatively. Identify areas for enhancement, strategize to improve learning outcomes, and track their advancement.




- Collaborate and synchronize efforts with internal teams including career readiness and corporate divisions. This alignment will fortify learner goals, ensuring comprehensive support.
- Utilize your grasp of learners' profiles, skills, and aspirations to connect them with appropriate opportunities from our corporate relations team. This tailored approach will maximize their chances of success.
- Efficiently manage learner processes such as tracking progress and adherence to placement policies, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering) or possess equivalent practical experience.
- Exhibit impeccable organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines will be crucial.
- Showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skills, vital for collaborating with diverse stakeholders. This includes learners, internal teams, and external partners.
- Display an understanding of learner development and career progression. Be prepared to offer guidance and support throughout their journey.
- Exhibit proficiency in communication.
- Possess a solid working knowledge of Excel.
- Any familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tool is a plus.
- Embrace a proactive, self-motivated mindset, capable of both independent work and seamless team collaboration.
