Key Responsibilities

- Client Interface: Communicate directly with clients to address day-to-day queries and maintain clear, professional communication.
- Operations Coordination:



Coordinate and follow up with internal operations teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables remain on track.
- Quality & Escalations: Conduct QC checks in collaboration with the audit team and proactively resolve real-time client escalations.
- Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills, quick problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Work Details

- Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon
- Additional: Some Saturdays may be worked in a month, compensated with extra overtime pay.
