We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst - CDI to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management services.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Conduct quality control checks on data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on data analysis techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in healthcare management.

Job Requirements
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of healthcare management principles and practices, including regulations and standards.
- Experience working with large datasets, analyzing and interpreting results to inform business decisions.
- Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
