Our platform combines commercial credit data contributed by 150+ lenders with AI-driven analytics, banking data and fraud detection to help our clients make faster, better credit decisions. Our product suite includes bluSense, which converts bank statements into standardized, categorized transaction data with real-time financial insights, and FraudLens, which detects document tampering and first-party fraud.

Alongside our data products, we run a managed services business supporting underwriting, fraud review, and KYC/KYB and sanctions screening operations for our clients, with teams across North America, Asia and Europe.

About the Role The Back-Office Analyst will be responsible for supporting operational processes by accurately reviewing, validating, and processing customer accounts and transactions. The role involves handling sensitive financial and customer data across multiple functions and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strict adherence to compliance standards while working in a structured,



office-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, analyze and process customer accounts across multiple workflows
- Interpret account data, documentation, and case history to determine accurate resolutions
- Execute transactions such as payment validations, refund processing, and account updates
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, regulatory standards, and internal controls
- Identify discrepancies, risks, or exceptions and escalate appropriately
- Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets consistently high-volume workloads with consistency
- Participate in and support process/continuous improvement initiatives
- Adapt to changing business requirements

What we are looking for

- 1- 3 years of experience in back-office operations (telecom, banking, financial services preferred)
- Practical working experience in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in payments, refunds, disputes, or account research is an advantage
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus

Educational Qualifications

- Any graduation
