Junior Graphic Designer (Digital)

We have an exciting role of Designer to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

•Ability to execute creative concepts that are on strategy across all direct marketing channels (email, direct mail, print, display, social, mobile).

•Use data elements and requirements and technology to inform creative designs.

•Design multiple ways of answering the brief that are original.

•Shows eagerness to collaborate, and see ideas implemented

•Demonstrates an appreciation for the importance of data-driven insight in the creative process

•Ability to be autonomous in daily activities but maintains connected through regular check ins and updates to manager





•Manages work efficiently with accountability to always deliver on time, on budget and on brief

•Produces work that goes above and beyond what the client and agency expect

•Creates and checks copy, design, and artwork with obsessive attention to detail

•Express ideas visually through sketching, story boarding or other visual expression tools prior to execution in creative software

•Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

•Stay current with changes in technology and demonstrate technical proficiency

•Shows hunger and fearlessness through dedication to their craft.

You will be working closely with

Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services.

This may be the right role for you if you have

•2+ years’ experience in graphic design

•Must have the ability to work within a creative construct or brand guide to execute creative that is on budget and brief

•Must have a proven portfolio of spec or produced work

•Must demonstrate experience/knowledge in digital/interactive and print

•Experience in scalable creative execution or template-based creative

•Must demonstrate an excellent hands-on design craft with an awareness of design trends and history

•Must take ownership and be confident in talking about design and concept decisions

•Must strive to overdeliver and always show different solutions to an art direction task

•Must possess valuable communication and interpersonal skills

•Possess knowledge of a variety of creative-related software programs

•Must have mastery of Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD

•Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Keynote)
