Position: Analog Designer

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Contract :12 Months

Role & responsibilities

- Design and verify standard cell schematics.
- Port existing schematics to new semiconductor technology nodes.
- Create recent schematics based on functional and design requirements.
- Perform SPICE-based circuit simulations to verify circuit functionality and robustness.
- Perform Monte Carlo simulations and analyze circuit variations.
- Characterize standard cell libraries across PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) conditions.
- Analyze simulation results and troubleshoot circuit-level issues.
- Work with design and characterization teams to ensure accurate and reliable cell performance.
- Document design, simulation, and characterization results.
