We are looking for an experienced AMC Manager with 6–10 years of experience in AMC, asset management, financial services, or a related field.
Key Objective The primary responsibility will be to acquire new AMC customers and generate a minimum of ₹1 crore in AMC business/AUM through customer acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new AMC customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct sales.
- Explain AMC products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual customer-acquisition targets.
- Work toward generating ₹1 crore or more in AMC business/AUM.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly report progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Monitor customer requirements and provide appropriate follow-up and support.
- Ensure all customer acquisition activities follow applicable company policies and regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in AMC, asset management, mutual funds, wealth management, financial services, or related sales/business-development roles.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition and business development.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Existing network of potential investors/customers is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales/AUM targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
Target Minimum target: ₹1 crore AMC business/AUM through current customer acquisition.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
