We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with expertise in Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, API integrations, and serverless development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions while integrating Amazon Connect with enterprise applications and AWS services.

The role requires hands-on development experience with cloud-native applications, conversational AI solutions, contact center workflows, and AWS serverless technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Connect Development

- Develop and maintain Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Create and modify contact flows, routing strategies, queues, and agent experiences.
- Configure and optimize customer interaction workflows.
- Support Amazon Connect platform enhancements and production support activities.

AWS Development
- Develop serverless applications using:

- AWS Lambda

- API Gateway

- DynamoDB

- Amazon S3

- EventBridge

- CloudWatch
- Build scalable APIs and backend services supporting contact center operations.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation.

Conversational AI Development
- Implement conversational AI solutions using:

- Amazon Lex

- Amazon Polly
- Develop chatbot and self-service solutions.
- Configure intent management, dialog flows, and voice interactions.
- Support AI-powered customer engagement initiatives.

Integration Development
- Integrate Amazon Connect with:
