Amazon Executive

Role: Amazon Executive

Experience: 1–3 years in Amazon / E-commerce operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the Amazon seller account.

- Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions and images.

- Manage product pricing, inventory and stock availability.

- Process and monitor customer orders.

- Handle returns, refunds, cancellations and order-related issues.

- Monitor account health, performance metrics and seller notifications.

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.

- Manage Amazon promotions, offers and advertising campaigns.

- Analyze sales, product performance and inventory reports.





- Respond to customer queries and resolve marketplace-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.

- Understanding of product listing and inventory management.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
