Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition &

- Volume Hiring

- Manage end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing to offer acceptance) and deliver volume hiring targets.

- Source candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely closures.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.

- Provide regular updates, market insights, and recruitment recommendations.

- Build strong relationships to drive hiring success.

Data Management &

- Reporting

- Maintain recruitment data and ATS accuracy.

- Track hiring metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports.

- Leverage data to improve recruitment effectiveness.

Process Improvement &

- Problem Solving

- Identify hiring challenges and implement effective solutions.





- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Support employer branding and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills &

- Competencies

- 4-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong exposure to volume hiring.

- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

- Solid analytical skills with experience in recruitment data and reporting.

- Proven problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.

- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.

- Experience working with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.

- Prior experience in corporate, shared services, or high-growth environments preferred.
