- We are seeking a skilled PCB Designer with hands-on experience in Altium Designer to develop high-quality Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layouts for electronic products.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with hardware engineers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing teams to design, validate, and release PCB designs that meet performance, manufacturability, and reliability requirements.

Essential Job Functions:

- Create PCB layouts for analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics designs using Altium Designer.
- Develop and maintain PCB footprints, component libraries, and design rules.
- Translate circuit schematics into manufacturable PCB designs.
- Perform component placement, routing, stack-up definition, and impedance-controlled design.
- Conduct Design Rule Checks (DRC), Electrical Rule Checks (ERC), and layout reviews.
- Work with hardware engineers to support electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI) requirements.
- Generate fabrication,



assembly, and manufacturing documentation including Gerber files, ODB++, BOM, Pick-and-Place files, and assembly drawings.
- Coordinate with fabrication and assembly vendors to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and company design practices.
- Maintain design documentation and revision control throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality PCB designs.
- Ensure compliance with creepage, clearance, safety, and reliability requirements for high-voltage designs.
- Support PCB validation, testing, troubleshooting, and design optimization activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in PCB design methodologies and engineering standards.
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills while working in a cross-functional environment.

Qualification:

- Experience: 3–7 Years
- Qualification: B.E.

Mandatory Skills:
- Altium Designer.
- PCB Design.
- Schematic Design.
- Hardware Design.
- High-Voltage / High-Current PCB Design.
- Power Supply Design.

Key Requirements:
- Mandatory experience with Altium Designer.
- Experience in High-Voltage / High-Current PCB Design.
- Strong understanding of High Voltage Power Electronics.
- Hands-on experience in Power Supply Design.
- Knowledge of Creepage and Clearance requirements.
- Familiarity with DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Assembly), and DFT (Design for Testability) practices.
- 3–7 years of experience in PCB Design and Hardware Development.
- Strong experience with Altium Designer.
- Experience designing Analog, Digital, Mixed-Signal, and Power Electronics PCBs.




- Knowledge of PCB stack-ups, impedance control, signal integrity, and power integrity concepts.
- Hands-on experience in High-Voltage and High-Current PCB designs.
- Good understanding of Power Electronics and Power Supply Design.
- Experience working with PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI design best practices.
- Understanding of DFM, DFA, and DFT methodologies.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and validation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
