About Us:

Akshaya Centre Kavumkara provides essential digital identity, biometric, e-governance, and utility services to the local public. We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team to handle online applications, counter operations, and public assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing various government online applications, e-district services, and certificate requests.

- Operating computer systems, biometric devices (fingerprint/iris scanners), and scanning equipment.

- Managing customer interactions at the counter politely and efficiently.

- Handling online fee payments, data entries, and document drafting.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience working in an Akshaya Centre, Jan Seva Kendra, or digital service kiosk.

- Proficiency in computer operations, Malayalam typing, and internet usage.

- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.

- Higher Secondary (10+2) or Degree qualification.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in online form submission.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
