Qualifications

- Strong proficiency with AI-based video creation tools and platforms (e.g., text-to-video, avatar-based video, automated editing tools).
- Skills in video editing and post-production using common software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Experience in motion graphics, basic animation, and visual storytelling tailored for social media and mobile-first audiences.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media content strategies, including short-form video trends and engagement best practices.
- Ability to translate briefs into clear video concepts, write simple scripts or prompts, and adapt content for multiple formats and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, and readiness to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Bengaluru.
- Relevant academic background in media, design, animation, communication, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior 6 months to 1 year of experience in a consumer tech, social media,



or content-focused startup is an advantage; familiarity with hyperlocal or community products is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full time, on-site AI Video Generator role based in Hyderabad. The role involves designing and generating short-form and long-form videos using AI tools, templates, and automated workflows aligned with IamHere’s product and marketing needs.

Responsibilities include collaborating with product, marketing, and design teams to understand requirements, creating video content for social media and in-app experiences, and iterating quickly based on performance metrics and feedback. The AI Video Generator will experiment with new AI video platforms, optimize content for different channels and formats, and maintain a consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines. The role also includes managing video assets, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, and contributing ideas for creative storytelling in a hyperlocal social network context.
