Job Title: AI Vibe Coding Engineer / GenAI Prototyping Developer

Work Location: India 100% Remote

Work Timings: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am IST (Need to support US Eastern Hours)

We are looking for highly motivated and creative Vibe Coding Engineers at the entry level, with 03 years of experience, who are passionate about Generative AI, AI-assisted software development, rapid prototyping, and modern developer tools. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on builder who can use AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar tools to quickly transform ideas into functional prototypes, AI-powered applications, internal tools, and proof-of-concepts. The role will provide opportunities to work with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP servers, APIs, modern full-stack frameworks, and AI orchestration patterns while collaborating with product, UX, and engineering teams.

We are looking for individuals who are curious, comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies, strong in problem-solving, and capable of rapidly learning and applying new AI-native development approaches while maintaining sound engineering practices.

Required Skills:

- 0 to 3 years of experience in software development, including fresh graduates with strong academic, project, internship, or personal coding experience.
- Strong programming fundamentals in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or Golang.
- Basic hands-on experience with React, Next.js, REST APIs, Git, and GitHub.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code,



GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or Replit AI.
- Fundamental understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and RAG.
- Basic understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and how AI agents can interact with tools, APIs, and external systems.
- Exposure to building AI/LLM-based applications, chatbots, workflows, or proof-of-concepts through academic, internship, personal, or open-source projects.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, web services, and basic application architecture.
- Familiarity with Git-based development and software engineering practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Robust curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and developer productivity technologies.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills:

- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Basic exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise systems, databases, or third-party APIs.
- Personal projects, GitHub contributions, hackathon experience, or academic projects involving GenAI or AI agents.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to turn an idea into a working demo or prototype quickly.
- Comfortable working in an environment characterized by rapid experimentation, ambiguity, and continuous learning.
