SEIZE THE ADS is looking for a Cinematic AI Video Editor who knows how to turn raw ideas, AI-generated visuals and powerful storytelling into content that makes people stop, watch and remember.

? YOUR MISSION• Turn scripts & concepts into cinematic short-form videos

- Create AI-generated videos, characters, scenes & visual effects
- Edit high-retention Reels, Shorts & Performance Ads
- Build powerful hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds
- Use pacing, transitions, sound design & music to create emotion
- Blend AI + traditional editing + motion graphics seamlessly
- Experiment with emerging AI video generation & creative tools
- Transform simple concepts into visually compelling stories

? YOU’LL FIT IN IF YOU HAVE• 1–2 years of professional video editing experience

- Strong command of Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation & creative AI tools
- A strong eye for composition, visual storytelling & cinematic aesthetics
- Understanding of short-form content, retention & social media trends




- Ability to create attention-grabbing edits rather than just “clean edits”
- Curiosity to experiment, test and learn recent AI workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
- ? Portfolio is mandatory
