Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Product Owner with strong expertise in AI/GenAI, Microsoft Azure, Agile product management, and healthcare domain applications.

The candidate will own the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across multiple business units, working closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, clinical teams, product teams, architects, engineering teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership and program delivery capabilities with sufficient technical understanding of AI/GenAI, cloud platforms, and the AI lifecycle to effectively translate business and clinical requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Ownership & Program Leadership

- Own the end-to-end delivery of AI programs across multiple business units.
- Define and maintain AI product roadmaps in collaboration with business sponsors, technology leaders, and stakeholders.
- Engage with executive leadership, business sponsors, clients, and clinical stakeholders to understand objectives and define AI initiatives.
- Own and manage the product backlog for AI initiatives.
- Define, prioritize, and manage features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, compliance requirements, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor sprint progress, dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery milestones.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- Ensure alignment between product vision, business objectives, technical architecture, and delivery execution.

AI / GenAI Product Management

- Translate business, clinical,



and regulatory requirements into AI/GenAI product capabilities.
- Work closely with AI architects and engineering teams to define solution approaches.
- Understand AI lifecycle concepts including data preparation, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Work with teams developing Generative AI, LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI/ML solutions.
- Ensure AI solutions address business objectives, user experience, compliance, security, and operational requirements.
- Support definition of AI product roadmaps, success metrics, and adoption strategies.

Healthcare Domain

- Work closely with clinical and healthcare stakeholders to understand workflows and business requirements.
- Translate healthcare and clinical requirements into actionable product features.
- Consider healthcare compliance, regulatory, privacy, governance, and risk requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate across technology, clinical, operational, and business teams.

Technical & Cloud Collaboration

- Partner with AI architects, engineers, data scientists, and cloud teams on solution design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Work with technical teams on AI/ML architecture, model workflows, deployment pipelines, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
- Understand technical feasibility, dependencies, risks, and production-readiness considerations.

Required Qualifications





- 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Technical Product Management, or equivalent roles.
- Strong experience in Agile product management and delivery.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing product backlogs.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Experience collaborating with technical, business, operational, and clinical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts and lifecycle.
- Robust proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Healthcare domain experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with AI-powered healthcare applications is preferred.

Certifications Any relevant certification such as:

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager
- PMP
- Equivalent Agile / Product Management certification
