About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Technical Lead to architect and deliver enterprise-grade AI-powered software solutions across multiple business domains. This leadership role sits at the intersection of software architecture, agentic AI engineering, and team leadership making you the central force behind our AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) practice. You will mentor and guide a team of developers and AI engineers, define technical standards, and drive the delivery of intelligent automation solutions across healthcare, insurance, fintech, automotive, and SaaS verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

- Lead and manage cross-functional development teams across multiple concurrent projects and business domains.
- Define and enforce technical architecture standards, development best practices, and code-quality guidelines.
- Conduct regular code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Mentor developers, AI engineers, QA engineers, and DevOps team members on technical growth and best practices.
- Drive technical decision-making and own solution-design documentation.

AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC)

- Champion and implement AI-assisted software-development methodologies across the engineering team.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, architecture design, code generation, testing, documentation, and deployment workflows.
- Define AI-powered governance frameworks, prompt-engineering standards, and LLM usage policies.
- Establish reusable development accelerators, agent frameworks, and templates that reduce delivery time.
- Drive SDLC automation using AI agents, workflow orchestration, and intelligent testing pipelines.

Product & Solution Architecture

- Design scalable, secure, and highly available software architectures for enterprise-grade applications.
- Build multi-domain solutions spanning healthcare, insurance, fintech, automotive, and enterprise SaaS.




- Define microservices architectures, API-first design patterns, and event-driven system topologies.
- Lead system-integration initiatives across third-party APIs, enterprise platforms, and data providers.

Agentic AI & LLM Systems

- Architect and develop AI-powered products and enterprise intelligent-automation platforms.
- Design Universal Worker Model (UWM) agents and multi-agent orchestration systems.
- Implement LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, open-source models).
- Build RAG pipelines, knowledge-graph integrations, and hybrid AI architectures.
- Oversee the development of enterprise workflow automation powered by AI agents.

Full-Stack Development Oversight

- Guide and review frontend development in ReactJS, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Oversee backend development across Python, PHP, and Node.js.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, AI agent services, and cloud infrastructure.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

- Lead all AWS cloud deployments including EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and automated deployment strategies.
- Define cloud cost optimization, security, and reliability standards.

Database Architecture

- Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Ensure database scalability, performance tuning, and data-governance compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience delivering AI-first products at scale across multiple industry verticals.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Exposure to enterprise-integration standards: HL7, FHIR (healthcare), X12 (insurance), or equivalent.
- Background in data engineering, analytics pipelines, or MLOps practices.
- Experience leading distributed or remote-first development teams.

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Exceptional candidates with equivalent practical experience and a robust delivery track record will be considered.
