NRole Summary:

NWe are seeking a visionary and hands-on Technology Leadership AI focused to lead the technology strategy, innovation, and AI/GenAI initiatives for the Enterprise Solutions Manufacturing Unit. This role will strategize, and execute the development of preconfigured solutions, in-house platforms, and customer demonstration environments across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other technologies. The AI officer will also drive strategic partnerships, lead co-innovation initiatives, and ensure the unit remains at the forefront of digital transformation in the manufacturing sector.

NKey Responsibilities:

NTechnology Strategy & Innovation:

- Define and execute the technology vision for the Enterprise Solutions Manufacturing Unit.

- Lead the adoption and integration of AI/GenAI across enterprise platforms to drive intelligent automation, analytics, and user experience.

- Oversee the developmentof preconfigured industry solutions, accelerators, and demo environments for client engagements.
N

nPlatform Engineering & Architecture:

- Guide the architecture and engineering of reusable solution frameworks across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms.
N
- Ensure scalability, interoperability, and innovation in all in-house technology assets.
N
- Establish governance for solution quality, reusability, and compliance.
N

nCustomer Engagement & Demonstrations:

- Lead the creationof immersive, real-time demo environments showcasing next-gen enterprise capabilities.
N
- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to support client workshops, PoCs,



and transformation roadmaps.

nPartner Ecosystem & Co-Innovation:

N

- Drive co-innovation initiatives with hyperscalers, ISVs, and platform partners.
N
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools into the enterprise ecosystem.
N

nThought Leadership& Talent Development:

- Represent the unit in industry forums, analyst briefings, and client innovation councils.
N
- Mentor solution architects, platform leads, and AI/GenAI specialists across the organization.
N

nRequired Experience:

N

n
- 18+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership roles, with deep expertise in SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

- Proven experience in building and scaling AI/GenAI-driven solutions in enterprise environments.
N
- Strong background in platform engineering, solution architecture, and innovation management.
N
- Experience working withmanufacturing clients and understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

nQualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;

PhD or MBA is a plus.

- Certifications in enterprise platforms (e.G., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and AI/ML technologies are preferred.

- Robust understanding ofcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architecture patterns (microservices, APIs, event-driven).
