We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Specialist who can identify and implement AI tools and solutions to improve productivity, marketing, content creation, customer experience, and day-to-day business processes.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with AI tools and be able to understand business requirements and convert them into practical AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify AI tools and technologies that can improve business processes and productivity.
- Use AI tools for content creation, image generation, video creation, copywriting, research, and marketing support.
- Develop AI-based workflows for repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
- Support the marketing team in creating AI-assisted social media content, campaigns, product descriptions, and creative concepts.
- Explore AI solutions for fashion/product presentations and digital content.
- Work with different departments to understand their requirements and suggest suitable AI tools.
- Create and maintain AI prompts, templates, workflows, and SOPs.
- Research new AI tools, features, and industry trends.
- Train team members on the effective use of relevant AI tools.
- Improve reporting, data handling, documentation, and internal workflows using AI and automation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of AI solutions and suggest improvements.




- Maintain confidentiality and responsible use of company data while using AI platforms.

Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of ChatGPT and other AI tools.
- Good prompt-writing / prompt-engineering skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools for image, video, content, marketing, and automation.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media content.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools and AI integrations will be an advantage.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn and test new AI tools quickly.

Preferred Experience Experience in fashion, e-commerce, retail, digital marketing, or D2C brands will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in AI, automation, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
- Should be highly comfortable experimenting with new AI tools.
- Should have a practical approach toward using AI to save time, improve quality, and increase team productivity.
- Portfolio or examples of AI-based work will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
