We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect / Lead Developer who can both architect and build enterprise-grade AI solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise in Generative AI, Microsoft AI technologies, application development, automation, and data analytics.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, workflow automation solutions, and business productivity tools leveraging Azure OpenAI, Copilot technologies, and Microsoft Power Platform. The candidate should be capable of independently taking solutions from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Architecture & Development

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and OpenAI APIs.
- Architect and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows for business use cases.
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and reusable AI components.
- Design secure, scalable, and production-ready AI applications.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources and business applications.
- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and optimization strategies for AI solutions.

Microsoft AI & Copilot Ecosystem

- Build custom solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop Copilot extensions, plugins, and custom actions.
- Leverage Azure AI Foundry for AI application development and deployment.
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics environments.
- Utilize Microsoft Graph APIs to connect enterprise systems and data.

Application Development

- Develop backend services using Python.
- Design and consume REST APIs.
- Build AI-powered web applications and automation tools.
- Develop integrations using JSON-based APIs and cloud services.
- Create lightweight front-end interfaces using JavaScript where required.

Automation & Productivity Solutions





- Develop Excel-based AI tools and add-ins.
- Automate business workflows using Power Automate.
- Build low-code applications using Power Apps.
- Create Office Scripts and Excel automation solutions.
- Design end-to-end automation workflows for finance, operations, and compliance functions.

Data Engineering & Analytics

- Build data processing pipelines using Python and Pandas.
- Design and maintain data models and database schemas.
- Develop dashboards and insights using Power BI.
- Perform structured and unstructured data analysis.
- Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.

Required Technical Skills:

AI & Generative AI Must have hands-on experience with:

- Azure OpenAI Services, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agent Development, LLM Application Development, Vector Databases and Semantic Search, AI Governance and Responsible AI practices

Programming & Development

- Advanced Python development, SQL and database querying, REST API development and integration, JSON data structures and API payload design, JavaScript (Basic to Intermediate), Git Version Control, Object-Oriented Programming principles

Microsoft Ecosystem

- Excel Automation, Office Scripts, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365 Integrations, Copilot Extensibility, SharePoint Online Integrations

Data & Analytics

- Pandas, Power BI, Data Modelling, Database Design, Data Transformation, Business Intelligence Reporting

Required Experience:

- 4-8 years of software development, automation,



or solution architecture experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI solution development.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in Azure environments.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs.
- Proven experience developing automation and productivity solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured business data.

Preferred Experience:

Experience building solutions such as:

- Excel add-ins integrated with Azure OpenAI
- AI-powered financial analysis tools
- Valuation modelling assistants built using Python and LLMs
- Financial statement extraction and processing tools
- Automated report review and summarization agents
