We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager / AI Transformation Qualified with strong Commercial Banking expertise and hands-on experience driving AI-led business process automation .

This role is ideal for professionals who have leveraged AI to improve business operations, automate workflows, enhance productivity, and integrate AI capabilities into banking processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive AI adoption and AI-enabled transformation initiatives within Commercial Banking.
- Identify business processes suitable for AI-driven automation and optimization.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems and workflows.
- Partner with business, operations, product, and technology teams to implement AI use cases.
- Define AI product vision, roadmap, and business value realization.
- Leverage enterprise AI tools and platforms to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered document processing, data extraction, workflow automation, and intelligent operations solutions.
- Design and support Agentic AI workflows and AI-powered business automation initiatives.

Required Skills ✅ 5+ years of overall experience





✅ Strong Commercial Banking domain experience (Mandatory)

✅ Experience driving AI integration within business operations

✅ Exposure to Generative AI use cases and AI-enabled process transformation

✅ Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI workflow orchestration

✅ Understanding of AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows

✅ Experience working with business stakeholders and product teams

Preferred Experience

- Collateral Management domain knowledge
- Business Product Management or AI Product Management background
- Experience automating document-centric processes
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise applications and systems
