Join a high-performing 24x7 operations team supporting an enterprise AI Platform. You will be responsible for continuous platform monitoring, first-level incident detection and troubleshooting, and executing GitOps-based recovery procedures for OpenShift-hosted workloads.

? Core Responsibilities

✔️ Platform Monitoring: Track platform health via Grafana/Prometheus dashboards, acknowledge operational alerts, and manage shift handovers.

✔️ Incident Diagnostics: Execute Linux CLI and networking checks (DNS, ping, endpoints) alongside Kubernetes resource inspections.

✔️ Incident Recovery: Perform documented L1 recovery procedures and redeploy affected containerized workloads using approved GitOps runbooks.

✔️ Incident Escalation: Maintain exact ticket records, update incident bridges, and seamlessly escalate unresolved events to L2/L3 support teams.

✔️ Process Adherence: Follow SOPs, capture novel troubleshooting steps, and highlight recurring alert patterns to senior platform SREs.
