About the Role:

The AI/ML Trainer is a specialist responsible for designing, delivering, and refining advanced instructional programs in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. This expert will train individuals and teams—from entry-level professionals to experienced technical staff—in modern data science and machine learning methodologies and tools, bridging theory with hands-on application across industries

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver high-impact live and virtual training sessions and workshops covering machine learning foundations, supervised and unsupervised techniques, neural networks, deep learning, natural language processing, and emerging AI domains.

- Develop custom curriculum modules using industry-standard frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.) suited to client or student backgrounds.

- Curate, label, and manage datasets for model building, hands-on labs, and real-world challenges.

- Guide trainees through practical exercises-feature engineering,hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation, deployment, and cloud-based AI workflows.

- Assess skill and progress using technical quizzes, project reviews, and mock interviews; provide feedback for continuous learning.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders or academic teams to adapt content for sector-specific use cases (i.e., finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.).

- Stay current with evolving AI/ML research, tools, and ethics standards; implement cutting-edge techniques in training delivery.

- Mentor candidates toward industry-recognized certifications and best practices in ML operations,



model interpretability, and responsible AI.

- Document all learning outcomes, participant feedback, and training analytics for internal and client reporting.

- Maintain high standards of data privacy and ethical compliance in all instructional material and exercises

Key Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related discipline.

- Experience: 3+ years (minimum) hands-on industry experience in building, deploying, and optimizing ML models; at least 2 years of proven teaching, training, mentoring, or curriculum development in

AI/ML.

- Technical Expertise
- Proficiency with Python and leading ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras).
- Data analysis, feature engineering, model validation, and deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP ML workflows).
- Data pipeline management, data cleansing, and annotation tools.

- Instructional Ability

- Skilled at simplifying complex concepts; delivering engaging, outcome-driven training for diverse audiences.
- Solid communication and presentation skills; able to adapt to various cultures and learning levels.




- Capable of designing assessments, project reviews, and certification prep.

Professional Qualities:

- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with iterative problem solving.
- Up-to-date awareness of AI ethics, audit trails, model bias, and responsible data stewardship.
- Effective collaborator with academic, business, and engineering teams.

Preferred Additions

- Industry certifications in AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS/Azure ML Specialist).

- Experience training in specialized domains such as Computer Vision, NLP, or MLOps.

- Publication or contribution to open-source projects, blogs, or whitepapers on AI/ML topics.

- Experience evaluating or fine-tuning generative models, LLMs, or prompt design.
