Insight Global is seeking a Machine Learning Developer to support a Clients growing AI and Generative AI initiatives. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, training, and optimizing machine learning models that solve business challenges and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong machine learning fundamentals with experience exploring emerging Generative AI technologies.
Compensation
$6/hr to $10/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques:
○ Classification
○ Regression
○ Clustering
○ Forecasting
○ Recommendation Systems
- Solid experience with feature engineering, model evaluation, and model optimization
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as:
○ Scikit-learn
○ TensorFlow
○ PyTorch
- Ability to translate business requirements into predictive and AI-driven solutions
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related field • Experience implementing Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience building Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Experience with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex
- Cloud experience (GCP preferred)
- Exposure to MLOps concepts and practices
- Experience with Power BI or equivalent visualization tools
Experience building AI-powered personalization solutions
