Role Overview
We are hiring an AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy machine learning models that power recruitment analytics and intelligent search. The role involves building RAG pipelines, experimenting with neural networks, and collaborating with product teams to deliver scalable, production‑ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize RAG systems for candidate‑role matching.
- Build and tune ML models (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Work with large datasets: cleaning, feature engineering,
performance optimization.
- Collaborate with HR and product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Monitor and improve model accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in AI/ML, with exposure to RAG.
- Robust programming skills (Python, R) and ML frameworks.
- Knowledge of statistics, pattern recognition, and vector databases.
Preferred:
- Experience in HR tech , document processing AI ML tech, or recruitment analytics.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and MLOps standards, practices.
