Position: AI/ML Developer Location: Bangalore/Chennai Work Type: Hybrid Job Type: Full Time

- AI, Coding agents, AI copilots, API, Microservices, EKS, Docker - AI Developer
- Full Stack Engineer 3 (6-9 Years)

Mandatory Skillset

- Experience building enterprise AI assistants, coding agents, AI copilots, or software engineering productivity platforms.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, responsible AI, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to drive AI adoption and developer productivity initiatives at scale.
- API Design and API Management to integrate AI products into current Fidelity systems.
- Microservices and distributed systems Cloud-native application development and deployment EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) to deploy AI products in AWS.
- Docker Required

Skills & Experience (Must Have)

- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Multi-agent orchestration
- Agent memory management
- Tool-calling architectures
- Planning and reasoning systems
- Prompt engineering and instruction design
- Skills and instruction-file development
- Token optimization and context management
- Model evaluation and benchmarking
- RAG, embeddings,



vectorization, and retrieval systems
- Agent tracing, observability, and auditability
- Experience with Developer Assist tools such as: GitHub Copilot Claude CodeOpenAI Codex / Codex-based solutions Other AI-powered developer productivity platforms
- Experience working with and optimizing multiple foundation models including: OpenAI GPT models Google GeminiAnthropic Claude
- Strong understanding of: Model parameters and tuning Prompt strategies Cost, latency, and quality optimization
- Model selection and benchmarking methodologies
- Minimum Experience on Key Skills 6-9yrs

General Expectation

- Must have Good Communication
- Must be ready to work in 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM Shift
- Flexible to work in Client Location Manyata or EGL, Bangalore
- Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work workplace. Full Remote work is not an option
- Expect Full Return to office in 2026 Pre-Requisites before submitting profiles
- Must have Genuine and Digitally signed Form16 for ALL employments
- All employment history/details must be present in UAN/PPF statements
- Candidate must be screened using Video and ensure he/she is genuine and have proper work setup
- Candidates must have real work experience on mandatory skills mentioned in JD
- Profiles must have the companies which they are having payroll with and not the client names as their employers
- As these are competitive positions and client will not wait for 60 days and carry the risks of drop-out, candidates must of 0 to 3 weeks of Notice Period
