- Strong hands-on experience building Databricks Apps using Python, SQL, Streamlit, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Databricks Genie Code, coding agents, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong knowledge of Mosaic AI, AI Playground, Foundation Model APIs, and Model Serving.
- Experience building RAG solutions, AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent applications.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Search, embeddings, chunking, retrieval, and prompt engineering.
- Solid knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, and Lakehouse architecture.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, debugging, logging, and production deployment.
- Understanding of AI security, access controls, secrets management, data governance, and responsible AI.
- Must be a hands-on builder who can independently design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise AI applications.
