About Position:

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic AI Engineer Freshers who are eager to build innovative solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. In this role, you will work on developing AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, predictive analytics models, and automation solutions that enhance software delivery and business operations. You will collaborate with experienced engineers and data professionals to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions while gaining hands-on exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, cloud technologies, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do:

- Develop Agentic & AI/ML Solutions: Build and deploy AI agents, LLM-based solutions, and machine learning models to automate and optimize various phases of the SDLC (e.g., code generation, automated testing, documentation, and code review).
- Predictive Modeling for Delivery Excellence: Design and implement predictive analytics models to forecast project risks, delivery timelines, quality metrics, and resource utilisation.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Clean, process, and analyse large datasets from project management tools, code repositories, and QA systems to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Integration:



Work closely with software delivery teams to integrate AI models into existing workflows and DevOps pipelines.
- Continuous Learning: Keep up with the latest advancements in GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic frameworks to propose innovative solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python (core language for AI/ML development).
- Generative AI & LLMs: Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and working with API models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Open Source LLMs like Llama).
- Machine Learning & Data Science Libraries: Hands-on academic project experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and basic understanding of regression, classification, and clustering algorithms.
- Data Handling: Strong foundations in writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- Software Engineering Basics: Standard understanding of Git/GitHub for version control and basic SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Agentic Frameworks: Exposure to or awareness of agent frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
- Data Visualisation: Basic experience creating dashboards using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Python libraries like Matplotlib/Seaborn.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, Azure,



or Google Cloud Platform, and awareness of CI/CD concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong logical thinking and analytical mindset to break down complex operational data.
