Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with solid expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI applications using Python, modern machine learning frameworks, and advanced LLM technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI and LLM applications.
- Build Agentic AI solutions and intelligent workflows for enterprise use cases.
- Develop AI applications using Python and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Apply Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering techniques to improve LLM performance.
- Work with Transformer architectures and embedding models.
- Develop agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.




- Fine-tune LLMs and Small Language Models (SLMs) for domain-specific and code-generation applications.
- Evaluate AI models for accuracy, hallucination, bias, safety, and overall quality.
- Develop and implement AI guardrails for production Generative AI applications.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of overall software development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with at least one Agentic AI framework (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Knowledge of AI model evaluation, safety, and responsible AI practices.
