We are looking for an AI Trainer / AI Educator to join our team and help deliver hands-on training in modern AI and Generative AI technologies.

What You’ll Be Teaching

You’ll work with students and learners on topics including:

Machine Learning & Deep Learning

- Machine learning fundamentals
- Supervised and unsupervised learning
- Neural networks and deep learning fundamentals
- Model evaluation and experimentation

Generative AI & LLMs

- Large Language Models and how they work
- Transformers and basic LLM architecture
- Prompt engineering
- Context engineering
- Working with LLM APIs
- Open-source LLMs and Hugging Face

Embeddings, Search & RAG

- Embeddings and vector representations
- Vector databases
- Similarity search
- Semantic search
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Chunking, retrieval and reranking
- Building practical RAG applications

LLM Fine-Tuning

- Understanding when and why to fine-tune
- LoRA
- QLoRA
- Parameter-efficient fine-tuning
- Basic understanding of datasets, training and evaluation

AI Engineering

- Building practical AI applications
- AI agents and tool calling
- Basic Agentic AI concepts
- Working with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
- APIs, Python and basic backend concepts
- Introduction to deploying AI applications

What We’re Looking For This is a graduate-level role ,



so you don't need years of industry experience.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who are:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or a related field
- Based in India
- Comfortable with Python and basic programming
- Have a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Have hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs
- Understand embeddings, vector databases, semantic search and RAG
- Have explored LoRA / QLoRA or other LLM fine-tuning techniques
- Understand prompt engineering and modern LLM workflows
- Have built personal, academic or skilled AI projects
- Are comfortable learning new AI technologies quickly

Teaching & Communication Technical knowledge is important, but so is the ability to explain things clearly .

You should be able to take a complicated concept like embeddings, RAG or fine-tuning and explain it to someone who is learning it for the first time.

Previous teaching, mentoring, tutoring or workshop experience is a plus, but not mandatory .

What You’ll Do

- Conduct live AI and GenAI training sessions
- Explain technical concepts through practical examples
- Help students build real-world AI projects
- Mentor students during assignments and projects
- Create or improve training materials and exercises
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools and technologies
- Help students understand how AI concepts translate into actual engineering applications
