Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer / AI Analyst to design, develop and implement AI-based solutions that improve business processes and reduce manual work.

The role will involve working closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI, develop practical solutions, integrate them with existing applications and support their implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions for business requirements.
- Develop applications using Python, AI/ML technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build AI-based solutions for areas such as document processing, data analysis, process automation and business applications.
- Develop and integrate AI applications with existing business systems and automation platforms.
- Work with business users to understand requirements and identify suitable AI solutions.
- Evaluate the feasibility and business value of proposed AI applications.
- Develop, test, deploy and maintain AI models and applications.
- Work with structured and unstructured data and support data preparation and processing.
- Improve and optimize existing AI solutions based on business requirements and performance.
- Develop AI assistants/agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure.
- Work with Azure services such as Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Data Factory and Data Lake.




- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.
- Prepare technical documentation covering development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
- Work with internal teams and external technology partners for testing and implementation.
- Ensure AI solutions follow required security, data privacy and governance standards.
- Keep updated with new AI technologies and identify opportunities for their practical use.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to business and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of overall software development experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Robust programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
- Experience in developing and implementing AI-based business solutions.
- Experience with Azure AI / Azure Machine Learning.
- Experience working with LLMs and AI-based applications.
- Experience with data processing, data pipelines and ETL.
- Good understanding of machine learning model development and deployment.
- Experience working with business users and translating business requirements into technology solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional and global teams.
