AI / Automation DeveloperJob Overview

We are looking for an AI / Automation Developer to build intelligent applications, automate business processes, and integrate AI-powered solutions into our products and workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience with AI/ML technologies, and the ability to turn manual processes into efficient, scalable automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and integrate AI-powered applications and automation workflows.
- Build solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, and AI APIs.
- Integrate AI services such as OpenAI and other third-party AI platforms.
- Design and develop automated workflows for repetitive business processes.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party services.
- Develop AI agents and intelligent task-processing systems where required.
- Work with structured and unstructured data for AI-based applications.
- Implement prompt engineering, response validation, and AI workflow optimization.
- Monitor, debug, and improve automation workflows and AI integrations.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, and product teams to deliver AI features.
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient.
- Maintain technical documentation for AI systems and automation workflows.

Required Skills




- Strong programming experience with Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js.
- Valuable understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI APIs.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Git and software development workflows.

Good to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases, or AI agents.
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Experience with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, or cloud deployments.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.

Experience

1–5 years of experience in AI development, automation, backend development, or a related field.

What We’re Looking For A developer who can independently identify automation opportunities, build AI-powered solutions, integrate external services, and convert business requirements into reliable and scalable automated workflows.

Pay: ₹14,397.46 - ₹65,447.54 per month
