Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales to lead and manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, achieve monthly targets, and ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, team-management, and real estate sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and increase conversions.
- Monitor team performance, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and closures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Coordinate with CRM, Telecalling, Marketing, and Management teams for smooth lead conversion.
- Track sales MIS, daily reports, pipeline, and individual team performance.
- Handle important clients and support the team in negotiations and closures.




- Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Take ownership of sales targets and provide regular performance updates to Management.

Required Skills

Eligibility
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in handling and managing a sales team.
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong team leadership and proven sales performance will be considered.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
