We are looking for an experienced AGM/DGM Landscape Architecture to lead and manage landscape design and development for premium real estate projects. The role will involve end-to-end planning, design coordination, execution monitoring, and ensuring high-quality landscape standards across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead landscape architecture and design for residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Develop and review landscape concepts, master plans, softscape and hardscape designs.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, project teams and contractors for smooth execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and landscape proposals.
- Monitor site execution to ensure design intent, quality, timelines and budgets are maintained.
- Manage landscape consultants and external agencies.
- Ensure sustainable, aesthetically appealing and functional landscape solutions.
- Provide design inputs during project planning and development stages.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture.
- 12–18+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a reputed real estate developer or landscape consultancy.
- Strong experience in large-scale residential projects.
- Good knowledge of landscape design, execution, materials, plants and project coordination.
Solid stakeholder management and team-handling skills
