Role Description The Agentic AI Trainer is a part time, hybrid role based in Guntur East, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. In this role, the trainer designs and delivers AI-focused training modules that help students understand and apply agentic AI concepts in real-world projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating learning materials, developing hands-on labs, guiding students through practical assignments, and providing feedback on their progress.

The trainer collaborates with other team members to organize workshops, hackathons,



and project-based learning initiatives that integrate emerging AI tools and frameworks. The role also involves staying current with advancements in AI, refining curricula based on industry trends, and supporting incubation efforts for student-led AI projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training or educational content in AI or related fields.
- Ability to develop project-based learning materials, including hands-on labs and practical assignments.
- Proficiency with modern AI tools, libraries, and platforms (e.g., Python-based ML stacks, LLMs, automation agents).
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup, collaborating both onsite in Guntur East and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Interest in hackathons, innovation programs, and supporting early-stage startup ideas in the tech space.
