About the role

Own the post-purchase experience — returns, repairs, tracking, and everything that keeps a customer coming back. If you're early in your career and love solving problems over the phone and email, this role is for you

What you'll do

Responsibilities

- Support customers via calls & emails
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate product-related support
- Resolve issues including returns, repairs, and order tracking




- Coordinate with internal teams & ensure customer satisfaction

What you bring

Key skills

- Strong Knowledge of Musical Instruments & Studio Equipment – Valuable understanding of musical instruments, pro-audio, studio equipment, and their basic technical functioning, with the ability to troubleshoot common customer issues and provide accurate product-related support.
- Strong in communication and problem-solving
- Customer-focused by default
- CRM experience is a bonus (Zoho or equivalent)
