About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AEM Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Agile delivery. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into transparent functional requirements and supporting successful AEM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AEM Sites, Assets, and/or Forms.
- Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Define and maintain process flows, wireframes, functional documentation, and solution documentation.
- Support AEM implementations by validating content workflows, DAM, personalization, integrations, and related functionality.
- Plan and support UAT and validate solutions against business requirements.




- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with AEM Sites and/or AEM Assets.
- Knowledge of:
- Content management
- Publishing workflows
- Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Templates and components
- Content structures
- AEM integrations and APIs
- Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong UAT and stakeholder-management experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- CBAP / CCBA
- Adobe-related certifications
