ARK – Learning Arena is looking for an energetic and target-oriented person to handle NEET student admissions and marketing. The role involves both digital marketing and field sales, with the primary goal of generating leads and converting them into NEET admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate NEET leads through digital platforms, social media, WhatsApp and campaigns.
- Handle incoming NEET enquiries and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Speak with students and parents and explain ARK's NEET programs.
- Schedule and coordinate counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Conduct field marketing through school visits, seminars, events and local outreach.
- Build relationships with schools, students, parents and relevant networks.
- Maintain lead and admission data in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Work towards monthly lead, conversion and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and digital marketing teams for NEET campaigns.
Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing.

Compensation: Based on Full-Time / Part time / Internship structure, with performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹6,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
