Admission Counsellor –

We are looking for a motivated and confident Admission Counsellor to guide students through the admission process and help them choose suitable courses and career paths.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities and training programs.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/data sheets.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

-1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar target-driven role.

- Ability to convince and guide students professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
- Sales or counselling experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
