- Counsel students regarding course selection, universities, and career planning

- Provide information on study abroad opportunities, visa process, and admission requirements

- Assist students with application forms, documentation, and deadlines

- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents

- Coordinate with universities and internal teams

- Achieve enrollment and admission targets

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and counseling skills





- Solid interpersonal and convincing abilities

- Knowledge of study abroad processes (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Management preferred)

- Minimum 2 years Experience in counseling or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
