About the Role

College Guru is looking for a Business Development Executive – EdTech Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Handle company-provided qualified leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Speak with students and parents to understand their requirements.
- Explain suitable career and admission guidance services.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
- Work towards monthly sales commitments.
- Performance above the monthly commitment will be eligible for additional incentives.

Requirements

- 1+ year experience in Sales, BDE, EdTech, Telecalling,



Inside Sales or Admission Counselling preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle students/parents and follow up effectively.
- Malayalam – Mandatory
- English – Basic communication required.
- Hindi/Tamil – Added advantage.
