Job Overview

Teammates Academy is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our Kochi team. The role involves counselling aspirants, handling enquiries, following up with prospective students and supporting course admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and aspirants regarding Bank, SSC and other competitive-exam courses.
- Understand students' goals, preparation level and requirements.
- Recommend suitable courses and batches.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins and online enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with Academic, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Participate in student campaigns, seminars and promotional activities.
- Submit regular updates and reports on leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in academic counselling, education sales, admissions,



tele calling or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Experience in the competitive-exam coaching segment will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong counselling, communication and convincing skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven workplace.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Salary & Incentives Basic Pay: Starting from ₹15,000 + Performance Incentives

Salary will vary based on the candidate's experience and interview performance.
