Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor who can guide students toward the right IT courses, understand their career goals, and help them enroll in suitable training programs.

The role involves student counselling, admissions, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students regarding IT courses, career paths, and placement opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Handle lead conversion, follow-ups, and admissions process.
- Explain course details, fee structure, EMI options, and placement support clearly.
- Maintain student records, inquiry data, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with trainers, HR,



and placement teams for batch updates.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build trust and maintain long-term student relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate / Post-Graduate (any stream)
- 0–3 years of experience in education counselling, sales, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT courses is a plus.
