- Admissions Counselling & Sales

- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities, course perks, placements, internships, and fee structures

- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs

- Handle walk-ins, telecalling, WhatsApp enquiries, online leads, and follow-ups

- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through continuous engagement and relationship building

- Maintain a strong conversion pipeline and achieve monthly admission targets Sales Process Management

- Manage the complete admissions sales cycle from lead generation to enrolment

- Maintain accurate student and lead data using Excel/CRM tools

- Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students

- Prepare daily reports, follow-up trackers, and sales updates Business Development Activities

- Support partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, corporates, and community organizations

Be responsible for marketing campaigns, admission drives, and promotional activities

- Represent Kiki Centre for Technology at external events and networking opportunities
